Your contributions help give an abused or neglected child a voice.

You can help bring light to these children’s lives. Our highly trained court-appointed special advocate (CASA) volunteers will stay by a child’s side, fight for their best interests and help them find the road home as quickly as possible, wherever it lies.

Other Ways to Support CASA

Planned Giving

Please discuss your goals with your financial or estate planning professional.

Bequests through Will or Trust

A bequest to Enotah CASA is one of the most effective and simplest ways to ensure that your commitment to providing trained, trusting CASA volunteers to foster children will continue beyond your lifetime, having a lasting impact. You may specify a specific amount or a percentage you wish to give to Enotah CASA.

bequest may be right for you if:

Enotah CASA prefers that bequests be made for its unrestricted general purposes in its work to train and support CASA volunteers to serve foster youth. If you are considering planning a gift that could support Enotah CASA for many years please call  Della Lago at (706) 864-0300 or email director@enotahcasa.org.  We can also provide you a sample of bequest language to provide to your legal counsel for preparation of your will or trust!

Charitable Gift Annuities

A Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA) is a win-win, offering lifetime of income for you and a generous future gift for Enotah CASA! You receive an immediate initial tax deduction plus a guaranteed fixed income for life. Your age determines the rate you receive. At the end of your lifetime, your legacy continues and Enotah CASA receives funds.

Charitable IRA Distribution

If you are 70 ½ years old or older, you can take advantage of a simple way to benefit Enotah CASA and receive tax benefits in return. You can give up to $100,000 from your IRA directly to a qualified charity such as ours without having to pay income taxes on the money. This popular gift option is commonly called the IRA Charitable Rollover, but you may also see it referred to as a qualified charitable distribution, or QCD for short. This law no longer has an expiration date so you are free to make annual gifts to Enotah CASA this year and well into the future. Many find this beneficial because you will pay no income taxes on the gift. The transfer generates neither taxable income or tax deduction, so you benefit even if you do not itemize your deductions. And, if you have not yet taken your required minimum distribution for the year, your IRA charitable rollover gift can satisfy all or part of that requirement.
