Job Description & Qualifications


Vision: To provide well-trained and supported child advocates to speak for the best interest of abused and neglected children in Enotah Juvenile Court dependency proceedings until the child is in a safe, loving, and permanent home.

Position Goal: To ensure community volunteers are well trained and supported in their work to advocate for the best interest of abused and neglected children in Enotah Juvenile Court dependency proceedings.

Key Result Area – Volunteer Management

Goal: To maintain quality child advocacy through volunteer support, development, and retention.

Goal: To maintain quality child advocacy through the coordination of advocacy services and data collection to ensure CASA program integrity

Goal: To maintain strong and respective relationships with stakeholders and community partners, civic and other appropriate organizations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in child development, psychology, sociology, social work, education, criminal justice or a related field.  Extensive experience may be substituted for degree.
